His compassionate leadership motivates our team members to not only give their best effort ever day, but also to focus on continuing education and honing their unique skills.
JOHN DAME
COO
John Dame brings over 17 years of hands-on leadership in operations, business development, and service innovation. As a proven operator, he has scaled brands nationally, growing networks from single digits to over 100 units, while driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and margin improvement. Known for building high-performing teams and developing operational systems that deliver results, John has led initiatives in budgeting, compliance, process optimization, and strategic partnerships. His approach blends field-level experience with executive oversight, ensuring both scalability and sustainable success across all areas of the business.
BILL MARTIN
Service Manager
As a certified Master Electrician as well as someone who thrives in an environment in which he gets to work alongside customers and colleagues, Bill has accumulated a wealth of experience in his 25 years in the industry. Bill’s expertise is not confined to a single discipline but has been proven across the board in both field and office work. From working as a job site foreman to managing commercial electrical projects, Bill shows up every day ready to lead his teams to success on every project.
PABLO ESPINOZA
Project Manager
Pablo is a Journeyman Electrician with over thirty years of experience in the electrical industry. He has spent decades supervising and managing projects throughout the Colorado Front Range, bringing deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully.
Paul Bellapianta
Preconstruction Manager
With more than 20 years in the electrical industry, Paul brings extensive expertise and insight. He started his career as a field apprentice, advancing to the role of a Preconstruction Manager and currently holds a Journeyman license. He is experienced in residential, Commercial, Industrial, and oil and gas. Paul contributes his in-depth knowledge to each project he leads.
LARRY BELLANTE
Estimator
Larry performs a wide variety of important tasks as part of his daily duties as Purchasing Manager that include a mix of deep research into material vendors, planning supply purchases, interfacing with vendor representatives and more. His 12+ years of experience in the electrical field have afforded him the experience and discretion to make high-level purchasing decisions that affect the entirety of the company’s business. Additionally, Larry contributes heavily as an experienced estimator for the Productive team.
Wade Macon
Estimator
Wade has been with Productive Electric for over eight years, beginning as an apprentice and earning his Master Electrician license through years of dedication and hard work. Wade’s experience managing complex and fast-paced projects lends to his expertise and invaluable insight as an Estimator. Drawing from his hands-on knowledge in the field, Wade creates estimates that are both accurate and grounded in real-world experience.
CHEYENNE NORTON
HR/Onboarding Coordinator
With more than 15 years at Productive, Cheyenne has grown alongside the company, beginning as an Administrative Assistant and evolving into her current role supporting both HR and accounting. Over the past 12 years, she’s played an integral role in building and shaping Productive’s service department, working closely with the service manager and an incredible team of technicians to help it become the thriving department it is today. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication have made her a dependable and valued member of the Productive team.
